Today, March 31st, is "Transgender Day of Visibility". This is an annual event to celebrate the contributions of, and bring awareness to the discrimination faced by, transgender people. This blog has helped a lot of people over the years, and for today, I ask that you help me in return: by considering what you can do to make the world a safer place for transgender people. This could be a charitable contribution, getting involved in advocacy, or time spent thinking about your own views. We want to live our lives with dignity, respect, and humanity.
